Shipping policy

 

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once packed, orders will be arranged for courier pickup according to the courier’s schedule.

  • During peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.


2. Delivery Methods

We offer delivery via courier services only:

  • SPX (Shopee Express)

  • J&T Express

We do not offer postal delivery (e.g., SingPost, normal mail, registered mail).


3. Delivery Time (Local – Singapore)

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • SPX: 2–4 working days

  • J&T Express: 2–4 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather, festive seasons, and unforeseen delays.


4. Tracking Your Order

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided once the parcel is picked up by the courier.
Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take time to reflect.


5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong address provided

  • Failed delivery due to unreachable phone number

  • Parcel returned because of incorrect information

Additional charges may apply for redelivery.


6. Parcel Marked as Delivered

If your parcel is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check your letterbox, neighbours, family members, or building management

  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number

Once the courier marks it delivered, we are unable to provide refunds for lost or misplaced parcels.


7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the parcel and products

  • Contact us within 48 hours
    We will assist and open a case with the courier if applicable.


8. Combined Orders

We can combine orders, but you must:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your orders

  • Ensure all orders are made under the same name and address

If the first order has already been packed or collected by the courier, combination may not be possible.


9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available during selected periods.
All international orders follow our strict no-return, no-refund policy.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions.


10. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for courier delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • High season volume

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier operational issues

Once a parcel leaves our facility, shipping time is fully dependent on the courier.
