Refund policy
1. General Policy
All sales are final once payment is made.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for beauty, skincare, supplements, and personal care items.
Please check your items carefully before opening or using them.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We will arrange an exchange or resend the correct item.
3. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Take a clear photo/video of the parcel, product, and packaging.
Report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
Note: Minor dents on boxes that do not affect product usage are not considered damage.
4. Missing Items
If something is missing:
Contact us within 48 hours.
Provide a full, uncut unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.
Missing item claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
5. Parcel Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
Once the courier marks a parcel as delivered:
Please check your letterbox, neighbours, and family members.
Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist if possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds for courier errors or misdeliveries.
6. Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong variant/quantity chosen
Not liking the scent/texture
Discovering the product is “not suitable” after use
Opened or used items are strictly non-returnable.
7. International Orders (Strictly No Refunds & No Returns)
Strictly no refunds, returns, or exchanges for all international orders.
We are not responsible for customs delays, rejection, confiscation, or additional import taxes and duties imposed by your local customs.
Once the parcel leaves Singapore, all risks — including delays, loss, customs issues, or damage — are fully borne by the buyer.
Please ensure your country allows the import of the items before purchasing.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before packing or courier pickup.
Once the order has been packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation is not allowed.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via Shopify or your original payment method.
Processing time is typically 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
